As an example: More square miles of Miami are below sea level than New Orleans. They are right in the middle of Hurricane Alley and right on the coast. I bet people wouldn't blink to restore Miami to its former self if something happened there.

It is amazing how ignorant people are of what country they live in. There is so much untruth on youtube it is truly amazing. It is not the responsibility of tax payers to rebuild homes of people stuck on stupid. Stop living below sea-level would be a good start. I thought 'HAARP' but SBX was also present and both were implicated in 'Sandy' and 'Athena' attacks. Weather warfare is much more effective in so many ways than a nuke, although Fukishima was also engineered, same a Chernobyl. The Levees are the least of it although pivotal. It's the 'thin end of the wedge' scenario. They take out Catastrophe Bonds in advance to make on the deal, plus reinsurance - both visible within 9/11. They always make huge profits on their actions.
