Goodness knows how many times I've had to say that. Despite the fact that it doesn't require any intellect whatsoever, just paying attention when once every few Doctor Who episodes The Doctor says "Hello. I'm The Doctor", people are never going to understand that he's called The Doctor, not Doctor Who.
