unions are thugs. unions are an even bigger multi-billion dollar cash cow.... lolz ur retarded.
we dont legally allow monopolies here in the US, why the hell should we allow labor monopolies? Oh the workers in ford and crystler are doing great right? EFCA is a euphamism for LUIA (legal unionionized intimidation act)
....she would see a higher wage, except the business would have to fire 10% of their workers, so those fired people dont get shyt....

i'm in favor of card check and i'm glad sen. brown is leading on this issue. but i regret voting for him. he rolled over for the president on the war appropriations bill, and he recently admitted that his vote on the war tribunals bill in the last congress was wrong (duh--very few of his fellow house democrats supported it). at this point in time iraq is way more important than the EFCA. if he keeps getting the really big questions wrong, i won't be voting for him in 2012.

I'm proud to have Senator Brown as my Senator from Ohio. Keep up the good work!

You need to study up on the subject of which you are writing before you criticize this post! The National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) states employees shall have the right to self-organize. It is illegal to fire an employee for exercising their rights under the NLRA. Unfortunately, the penalties against employers who illegally fire employees for union organizing are so small that employers sometimes decide it is more financially beneficial to illegally fire employees.

Go start your own business and quit telling others how to run theirs. Down with the Employee "Free" Choice Act and the Union Thugs who lobby every level of Government for higher and higher taxes.

Definitely not the stand Mike DeWine would have taken, lets just hope Voinovich makes the right choice or he WILL suffer the same fate.
Thanks Senator, stay strong!

Sen. Brown, I would like to take the time to let you know that I appreciate your time spent with the EFCA in Washington. My husband was also fired from Consolidated Biscuit Co. in McComb, Ohio for organizing with the BCTGM. What this does to a family is just unbelievable!! GO EMPLOYEE FREE CHOICE ACT AND PUT A STOP TO GREEDY, HEARTLESS, LAW BREAKING CEO's Mrs. Hill
Sherrod Brown is a good man. If we had 60+ Browns in the Senate the U.S. middle class would be a lot stronger.
