Shall I drink water before doing YOGA? Thanks

Wow you made it look so graceful! This was a really helpful video. I always felt like this transition was a little shaky for me, but now I think I can do it better. Thanks!

I'm a doc and teach in a medschool in the carribean. i'm frm India. ben practising the beginner 1,2,3,back 2 yoga routine, core, 4 a month. it's awesome amazing. can feel the flexibility i have now. ur vids are better than the rest coz of the pace, clarity, narration n variety. And u do it so well. its great that all this is free. keep up the good work. t'wud be nice if the vids can be sorted in a sequence for new beginners, u know after v do bgner 1,2,3 which ones v can proceed with.

@soulsearch8 It's very subtle, but on #2, the shoulders and chest go down lower than the hips (like a very obtuse upside down V), so the body is no longer in a straight line. In #3, the body stays in a straight line. I would suggest not actually trying to do #2, because as you're trying for #3, and you don't have the strength, you'll naturally bend down a little like #2. The goal is to try and do #3, but it might not be perfectly straight to start and look more like #2.
