HIIT cardio training. More about me on my blog http://www.MrMuscleBeach.com. HIIT helps me a lot to get in shape and it takes much less time then regular 45 min cardio. But i recommend that you need to do first slow cardio before you start HIIT, and stay in your recommended minimum and maximum heart rate !!! You can do hiit on any fitness machine or even as outdoor sport. I did zero fitness for more then 15 years and trained myself up to this level. have fun and don't forget ... NUTRITION is everything

  • I do 45 mins cardio on a bike now and that now only 3 times a week. but i lift weight more now at least 5 times a week to get more muscle which will burm more cals. Nutrition I just try to take more protein 50/50/30

  • when you up the speed, do you continue with the same resistance level throughout

  • Hi, i just give it all ( but stay just before my maximum heart rate)..... that video is now bit older im much better now and do it on a stepper as well now

  • i recommend you to buy a SPINNING training video, and maybe bicycle (they are specially made for that) you will burn calories like crazy! and remember, you are what you eat, so stay with a clean diet and you should have the body you have always wanted in no time.
