  • The largest amphibious invasion in history, some bullshitters just lie on here and say it was Okinawa. Good for you man, you got it right along with the 99% of WW2 buffs that know it's Normandy!

  • you said take taht Hitler/not so tough now...have you researched the invasion....there were 12 allieds versus 1 axis power...over 1.3 million allied troops versus,380,000 axis....the allied had sea power and air power....the allied lost 120,000 troops and the axis lost 113,000...it took 12 allies to conquer one small axis...don't think that the allies have that much to brag about.. the combined allies...Hitler would have been too tough for the U.S., England, Russia etc...alone.....
