what happend to glider it was up fine then collapest can you tell me why this happens?

That's absolutely right. He is getting into his harness too early (seating). You should be out of your harness and ready to land on your feet as long as you have not cleared the terrain with sufficient altitude. But he handled it very well nonetheless.
