On the night of October 29th, 2011, Winter storm Alfred hit CT. Because of the storm, Amtrak trains 140 and 146 were held at Hartford, CT overnight. The next day, a Shuttle set came north from New Haven and rescued the stranded trains. They headed south out of the station with 18 cars and 4 engines (3 trainsets). That was the only train on that day. The train stopped at the crossing because they weren't sure if the gates were in working order or not. Thanks for watching!
