Rabon badh and Protima Bisarjan

Durga Pujo in West Bengal is totally different from the ones in Delhi and this year I totally missed Delhi Pujo. Even though these days we have hardly any time for Pujo since most of us are busy with our work, but at least on the day of the idol immersion it is a lot of fun for us in Delhi. I have uploaded some video in 2008 of my drive with the JPC for the idol immersion.

This year I was in Jalpaiguri, my place of birth. The pujo there was not that fun and the Bisarjan was also nothing compared to the euphoria we have in Delhi. However the Bisarjan in the beautiful river Karola had its own beauty.
