The Taberna La Juderia is a warm and friendly family run place that I managed to miss on my first visit to Hervas,

Located close to the main square it is a real jem of a find. The staff turn an ordinary visit to the "Pub" into a really enjoyable night out. Generous helpings of Tapas - that just keep coming and coming, satisfy those without the apitite for a full meal. Well decorated and with plenty to catch the casual eye, this Taberna is thourighly recomendable.
