UTLA and its lawyers, Trygstad, Schwab, & Trygstad, (allegedly) intentionally do not tell LAUSD teachers that they can protect themselves by using CA Education Code Section 44110-44114. And, UTLA will only pay the $15,000 UTLA Defense fee to Trygstad, Schwab & Trygstad. You cannot use another law firm or lawyer.
