I love the instruction videos. Easy to follow & less distraction with all the sounds.
Many thanks

Which yarn color is the waste yarn? Sound would have been nice to explain this.

Thank you! I've watched the other videos and couldn't follow them. Too fast, and trying to do and watch at the same time as well as control the pause button is too hard.
You vid is the clearest I've seen and the one that helped me crack this. So thank you and well done!

great video~~I'd get even more of it if I could hear the audio. I can hear the audio in all the other tutorials I've viewed on this subject. Any tips?

It would be nice if you said which is the working, the green but that becomes obvious later on so it's not a big deal. Good, I like that you go over it multiple times.

Uh, mind if I ask what that green yarn/cord is you're using? It's beautiful, :3

@missyjadewitch We are using DROPS Eskimo 100% wool from Garnstudio. com and needles size 9mm / US13.

OMG that demo with the circular needle is just brilliant. I have a 1ply kid mohair yarn which I'm using for a shawl and this will be the perfect method for doing the provisional cast-on as it has been so difficult to pick up the stitches off normal waste yarn. I want to thank you so very much.

@meredguy Yes, when working in a thin mohair or any fuzzy yarn this method will work great.

Hi! Thanks for this - it's great. I'm working on a book of patterns, some of which require a provisional cast on. May I list this video as a resource for my readers? I would greatly appreciate it!
