as you can see the punches are not being blocked but almost caught or pulled in and then deflected.Almost a tracing like motion where the defender traces the incoming attacks by moving at the same speed.elbows are nice to use against fast punches
with the kick defence it is best to use perifial vison and not look or stare at the attacking kicks
with knife work it is good to work from all different levels as in the well made video
this video is enjoyable to watch!
