Day 85 of My 92 day Juice Feast, I ended it Today.wmv

Thought I'd let you know that my body told me that today was the day to end my juice feast and so I did, I feel great I've lost 81 lbs on the feast and a total of 137 lbs since November 2008. Spiritually, I've grown tremendously and I feel I have so much more to learn, but life for me has never been better. I thank you all for your support, I love you all.

The truth is, I have continued to lose weight and I'm feeling fantastic. I started at 407 and I've only got 37 to go to get to my best weight of 210. My life just keeps getting better and better. Thanks for your comment.

@destiny6666 Not unless he eases out of the fast and then eats healthier and exercises.

It also won't because he's now *more* active than he was before when he was at his heaviest since he doesn't have the weight pushing him down and making it harder to exercise.

bet it takes 1/2 that time to put the weight back on when you start eating ... just a fact of life :)

WoW! I've been wanting to juice feast since the beginning of the year after I successfully completed a nine day green juice AND green smoothie fast concluding with a liver & gallbladder flush procedure. Watching some of your video's has provided me with some inspiration to trust myself a little more, let go of the fear, and just plain go for it! I just wish I had someone doing it with me here @ home or at least a friend who lives close by. That sounds like such a scape goat!
