I just forwarded this to a young, recently widowed friend of ours. Hoping is will help her get through the rain. It's gotten me through many, many rains over the years. Thanks Barry Manilow, for the song.

For everyone that's talking about being bullied: if it still happens to you, here is something I learned from someone that all but alleviated people calling me names and being disrespectful. (I have no idea how it works either!) It's changing your subconscious expectations. Just tell yourself "I believe that I am not different and like everyone else" and put that as a "tape" in the back of your mind until it's just something you know that you know. It works! Try it! :):)

we all have experienced the "rains" in our lives and this song relate to each and everyone who were able to make though it. but personally, i made it through because i believed that there is "Someone" who made it possible. not on my own strength, not on my own way. after the rain comes the sun shining to remind us that for every darkness in our lives, there will always be a light shining brighter!
