January 4th marked the fist big swell of 2012 to hit Maui, Hawaii. Pe'ahi, aka "JAWS" was being tested by paddles surfers, tow-surfers, windsurfers and kiteboarders. Epic 40-60 foot waves were pounding the North Shore with insane wipeouts and epic rides! Some of the top names were out including, Kai Lenny, Robby Naish, Matt Meola, Francisco Porcella, Marcillo Brown, Levi Siver, Jason Polakow and many more extreme watermen and athletes!
