Actually it's the situation that the statement is said in. The law is used to prevent organized violence against races. He could yell about blowing up a government building and the effect of pushing the audience to violence is the same. You're focusing too much on the individual aggressor, and not the law itself.

@gunesinzaptiyakin: Yes but when you say "the Britsih should be the last people to talk about colonial seperatism"...those situations you speak of have never been under a nationalist government. The BNP for example wouldnt have had our troops invading other countrys, but they also would have only let a limited amount of people from other countrys here, dependant on where theyre from. You talk about our troops being in other countrys yet its the BNP who want our troops out of these countrys!

colonial seperatism?!!! The British should be the last people to talk about colonial seperatism cause they never stay at home do they? The British troops are always out in other countries. Not on holiday either, are they? How can you talk about nationalism when you dont respect other people's space and invade them with your guns and bombs? But after what British troops are doing everywhere in the world, u cant talk about colonial seperatism can u? Be fair and think about it, so it is racism.

@ashleelmb: If an army invade your country and some years later with some reason you had to go to their country and they say "go back to your country" how would you feel? They were in your country with their army and you are only there to live not to invade with the weapons and they still dont want you. how would you feel? just think about it. British troops were there before they came here in fact British troops are still out there now. Bring them back first and then talk about nationalism

@ashleelmb so why is it then british troops are in iraq or afganistan. Why were they in Falklands or in South Africa? Why were they in so many countries which they had nothing to do with UK like Turkey which used to be Ottoman Empire and British wanted to invade. Or did they not teach you all that in the school. I bet not. These people are here because British went to their country before these people even heard of the UK. They didn't just go there to live there, they went there with the army

@babyminnow: Yeah, I do appreciate that. I feel that people should dissagree amicably. I too am sick of people getting abusive. I have been targeted so many times for my views but I dont deserve that, but I dont feel that people who oppose my political possition do either. Peace.
