Greetings! It was a good game and it was a good day! Rick made his jalapeno poppers and the Steelers go to the Super Bowl, What more could you ask for? We'll have to work on world peace another time! ; )

Rick wanted you all to know that the leftovers are great at room temp. Should you have any left save them for the next day and enjoy!

As always, Happy Eating!

  • These look amazing!! Rick, love your video. Sorry about your MS.

    Blessings to you both.

  • The dislike is for the Steelers logo.

  • We make these and cook them on the BBQ pit but we have to make 3or 4 dozen

  • We made these over the weekend and they were a big hit (besides my wife getting a pepper seed in her eye).

  • I make something similar but I cut them in half and do the cream cheese filling then wrap with the bacon...I love the top for a cork idea...I'm going to do it this way next time I make then...and I love these way more than the breaded type. The bacon with them is the best...yummmy great job Rick and thanks for the vid :o)

  • These look delish! You could take a casserole dish, double a piece of aluminum foil to wrap over the top and then make little holes in the top to stand your peppers up so all the goodies don't fall out... my husband came up with that idea.

  • That cork trick is too clever. I told Noreen I quit watching Food Network since meeting her and you are great, too. FANTASTIC! You are coming out of your shell so you must have had more than one beer (or is the Sam Adams a 6 point?)

  • MMMMMMMMMmm....and I love the idea of putting parchment paper over the aluminum foil! Don't want it touching my food if possible.

  • love this i cant wait to make these for the big game.

    Love the jersey Rick.

    Go Steelers.

  • awwwww he did do a video of this :-) I should have looked before I posted on the other video ( baked bacon) Thanks so much for the video, your way is so much easier than I have done. I will do it your way next time :-)
