WISE COUNTY, VA. On a sunny Saturday at the county fairgrounds in this Appalachian community, the gaps in the American health care system were on vivid display.
Lured by the promise of a weekend of free checkups, surgeries and dental care, thousands of people braved the summer heat to get care they otherwise could not afford. For more on this story read the full report here.

This video represents most Americans. The self-appointed master race isn't in it. They didn't get rich living by the Golden Rule. I'm a retired RN. I've worked with thousands of people the last 50 years. Anyone who lives in the real world knows that most people help one another. A minority hide in their bunkers, lie and steal from the rest of us. They're terrified of being exposed as the parasites they are. Deception is second nature to them. Nothing new there.

these people should give up their citizenship/slavery voucher and act as sovereign on land

No, this shouldn't be happening in the richest nation in the world! We are the #1 superpower who can spend billions of dollars on high tech defense systems, wars, bailing out Wall St. and yet we CAN'T help the uninsured, the working poor, those who are laid off, afford decent medical insurance so they can get health care?!? What a disgrace.
