Lucid dreams can occur spontaneously. In this video I give a description of a few methods for consciously inducing lucid dreams. Lucid Dreaming can be a means for personal transformation because this special state of consciousness brings together the conscious, subconscious and super conscious aspects of oneself for more open communication and awareness. One can more easily access highly intuitive perceptions, commune with the archetypes, and even use lucid dreaming as a launching pad into out of body experiences (OBE or OOBE). • Am I the only one who swears I felt everything in my dream, like if I sat in a chair I feel it, if I touch something in my dream I feel it?

  • @mongovi No, you aren't the only one. I have talked with many people who feel sensation just as you describe it. I also feel things just like that myself in my dreams. Textures, the bark of a tree. The softness of a flower, interacting with another person, etc.

  • what do you mean your hands might look different

  • @nobody583 It has been noted by many person as well as myself, that when you observe your hands in a dream, they won't maintain their clear appearance as they do when you are awake. They may morph or change slightly. This will clue you into the fact that you are dreaming, which will either enhance your lucidity or wake you up if you get too excited about it!

  • @mongovi I feel things sometimes as well. Like if a get bit by a spider, swimming, or interacting with someone in the dream. I think the weirdest feeling in a dream is being stressed to try and breath under water, and then forcing youself to do it because its a dream and you want to swim with fishies

  • @mongovi That was an instant wake-up for me... That was really the worst thing I have ever felt except for getting dumped by a girl you really love... Oh well, glad I'm not the only one getting stabbed by a sword in his dreams :D xD

  • @andersonjesse97 I recently had the same feeling XD, I, literally, feel your pain.

  • do you have to lay flat on your back its rather uncomfortable

  • @mongovi Yeah, sadly I also feel everything in my dreams, as for example getting stabbed with a damn sword!! >.<

  • @LtCJ12 I've never actually heard of anyone validate, that they've had a bad lucid dream. Usually, a lucid dream (for me and others i've spoken with) results in the acknowledgement, that you're in full control. For me, lucid dream has brought me a spiritual awakening. I see "The Divine Light" when I become lucid. This is associated with God/Heaven. It is the most peaceful, loving, warm and overall rewarding experience that i've ever had. If you're someone with ill intent, you may find hell.

  • It's nice to hear that you stressed lucid dreaming wasn't complicated.

A lot of people seem to love mystifying lucid dreaming and comparing it to all sorts of weird stuff, like New Age, drugs etc.

Lucid dreaming is something completely natural and is simply normal dreams where you are extra aware.

  • My Friend Can do lucid dream easily, she just sleeps and bam she has lucid dreams just because she wants to, she rememeber every single detail and it could be around 2 or 3 days and rememebr them..so jelous XD i am trying to do the same but sometimes i dont even remeber what i dream...

  • @LtCJ12 you control what you dream about. so if you think of something nice like lets say riding unicorns or something then you will see that. People just dont control their dreams thats all

  • @kingbeats11 Me 2 :D
