what he's trying to say is quite true, i believe in islam,whenever we do something good, like donation,we must not let anyone know about it,it will only between u,the parson u giving to, and god...when it comes to prayers,yes, we should not pray just to impress, but what ever it is, its all up to your intention inside of u...either u really honest,or just want to show of (god dont like those people who like to show off)

Praying God in streets in front of people just to impress them? it is correct ?

The prophet Jesus ( Yĕhowshuwa) WARNED US to not imitate this people ! Infact In Matthew 6:5,6 he said:

And whenever you pray, don't be like the hypocrites who love to stand in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they will be seen by people.

But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father in private. Then your Father, who sees everything, will reward you.
