This is a live cooking demonstration by 4-year old Angel, partner of the locallly known Angel Foods Gourmet Cookie Company based in Baltimore, Maryland. This footage is broken into 4 parts and she is unrehearsed and unscripted (she's only 4 so she can't read scripts). But she does know her cookies. Watch this young entrepreneur teach you how to make Snickerdoodles. Notice her technique and her attention to sanitation and detail. Be on the lookout because this little lady just might end up with her own show on The Food Network (we pray). If you like what you see, post your comments below and show her some encouragement on www.myspace.com/angelfoodscookies.

  • I had total confidence in my daughters abilitis as she has helped bake in the kitchen since she was able to hold a spoon. Clearly at such a young age Angel was very skilled in the kitchen. She is now 8 years old, still baking and is teaching other young children how to bake. I am very proud of Angel and encourage other mothers to spend time in the kitchen with their children.

  • wow shes very talented and smart hope she goes far with this and im very suprised she didnt lick her fingers like most children do shes such a bright child

  • Thank you for the comment..Stay tuned for more, she is five years old now.
