Um okay, I go to Mount Si. And on the last day of silence I went to, it was a normal school day. The teachers mostly teat it like a school day. It's a shit school, but still okay bye.

The Day of Silence is not a "demonstration" of sexuality. It is to bring attention to LGBT harassment and bullying.

Also, there's something called population control. Historically, societies with high quality of life and population have had greater tolerance of homosexuality. Why? Because homosexuality helps naturally maintain populations, because you're right. They don't conceive children. Societies with low quality of life, and low populations, are less tolerant--the need for children is greater. Understand?

@47TheSteve Sex is for reproductive purposes, you're right. But for someone who finds so much "meaning" through the word of your god, you don't have much faith in human beings' emotional capacity. I'm guessing you're married, or in a straight relationship. Do you partake in this relationship simply to "insert a penis" into an orifice which secretes natural lubricant in order to conceive children? Or do you use a condom when you simply want to enjoy the act itself? Do you not believe in love?

God requires that we overcome, by obedience, any inclination that incites sinful behavior. This shall include homosexuality. This is not to judge however. God loves us all - gays no less than saints. However, we are required to work through transgression without engaging them. This is true of all iniquitous behavior. If you are gay there is no justifying it biblically as God makes it clear it is wrong. Admit you're sinning if you choose to carry on, ask for forgiveness, but don't say it's right.

Sex = biology = reproductive purposes, not as an enactment of love. What is synonymous with inserting a penis into an orifice created for the excretion of feces? That is a biological abomination of nature. The exertion therefore as a sexual act transcends love into what is not natural in any way. Same sex love therefore is as a natural dichotomy which supersedes the emotion of love into an unnatural perversion of anatomical/physiological function. Nature or gays are wrong -- you choose.

Mustanski,a researcher with UIC, did the 1st full genome scan in homosexual men. published 2005, "We were unable to calculate empirically derived significance levels for this project.". In English... a full genome scan of human beings and their sexuality came up with nothing. No positive genetic markers at all for being gay. ...it puts to rest the mythology started by Dean Hamer, & in a thorough... way, proves that there is no genetic or inherited dimension to homosexuality.MassNews Staff

Yet again, your logic is void. Even if the "logic" were true, I've got my own story. I nearly committed suicide because of the thoughts I was having, because I thought I was a sinful freak. If I *chose* to be attracted to men, I wouldn't have sat alone in my room with a knife seconds away from breaking my skin.
