So I boil the frozen perogies for about 10 to 12 minutes (tops) Meanwhile, I have sauteed at least one large sliced onion in margarine. After onions become transulent and slightly browned, I set pan aside till the Perogies are done. DRAIN the Perogies and add them to the onion and margarine skillet which you placed back on the burner and heat (med heat). Turn Perogies gently and they will be browned slightly and ready to eat...Serve with lots of sauteed onions on the top. YUM

Huh, basically you steam them... then fry them? In the same pan...
That... is a brilliant idea that solves all of my problems.
