  • It's mindboggling how much damage the commercial processed food industry has done to the world...No wonder the pharmaceutical industry makes so much money...Because people are on all kinds of drugs for their "lifelong" chronic diseases...The raw food diet is the best diet in the world and should be promoted by anyone who genuinely cares about humanity, whether or not that person is a raw foodist or not...I'm not on a full raw food diet yet, but I do look forward to eating raw foods.

  • Truly words of wisdom, thank you

  • Oh my God you guys ar so awesome. She was incredible and the ending!!!!!!!!Tthe frontal view of the most beautiful art deco in the world with the cat!....... It was, like, Shangri-la

  • Cherie seems like a very wise, well grounded lady. I can't believe she's in her 60's! What I like is she tries to get people to be flexible and not turn their dietary philosoophy into some strict religion.

  • Some people aren't at your stage, regardless of the hoped outcome of the said phrase, I still don't feel it is anyone's business to mass prescribe like that. it is even more callus than the old saying "just get over it" when speaking of depression. as far as s"stuck dealing with the past" well if some1 is stuck, I would of thought it was because it is not dealt with.

  • I was raped when I was 5 years old and I also lost my mother to disease when I was 17. I put my life on hold for a pathetic amount of time. That was being a victim: I allowed myself to be consumed by negativity so much I lost control.

Of course you have to take the usual steps in order to heal: anger, denial, depression... But letting the past go is a big part of it too. How do you expect to continue progressing if you're stuck dealing with the same issues from the past?

  • Oh yeah! It's beautiful what follows. : )

  • A woman of true wisdom!

  • Wise words Cherie, thank you.

  • when I said gag I did not mean joke I meant tape around the mouth, a stifling of expression as in gagged and bound. , there is nothing new age about "putting someone in line. to validate someones feeling is the most important thing to healing. simply saying "stop being a victim as a mass prescription to all those raped as children is more than an insult. 4 some1 to boast about being a therapist and then say that is disgusting.

  • she never said dont deal with problems she is just saying that crying NOT FAIR does not stop nature from challenging you it simply slows the progress of personal growth within your concieved time limit here on earth[I HOWEVER WILL NOT STOP LIVING I AM A WARRIOR NOT A VICTIM
