if you put it on level 8 and mode 8 it will help you lose wait,that's what is says.i have been using it for 3 days and i hope it will work. does anyone has done abtronic in level 8 and mode 8 and see any difference it their weight loss?

I don't need to lose weight. I have minimal fat on my belly, i just wanted to tone the muscle that was there.

At the begginning, level 5 hurt to use, but now the pain is tolerable. You can start on lower levels if you want which doesn't really hurt

I have it, i've been using it every day for 40 mins for around 2 weeks on level 5. I can see a slight improvement at the moment.

Yeah, you see noticeable results after around a month. 30 mins a day.

No, this machine does NOT make you lose fat. It only tones muscle but uf the muscle is underneath the fat then you won't see a change.
