My Opinion about Fry's Electronics, Best Buy & Microcenter Stores

My video about my Opinion about Fry's Electronics, Best Buy & Microcenter Stores.

So pretty much I'm just going to talk what I think about these 3 stores good or bad. Reminder video is 10 Minutes long sorry if it gets boring. First I'm going to talk about is Fry's then Best Buy then Microcenter. So here are the basics.

Fry's Electronics
Pros:
Good to Great Prices - Very Wide Variety of Items to Purchase - Large Store - Reasonable amount of locations
Cons:
Poor Customer service - Website Not & Never Updated - Most items always out of stock - Poor employee performance

Best Buy
Pros:
Lots of locations - Reasonable amounts of inventory - Easy to navigate & somewhat updated website
Cons:
Most of the time over priced - Bad Customer Service, So So Policy

Microcenter
Pros:
Reasonable prices - Website always updated immediately - Customer service is Excellent & Very Friendly
Cons:
Little amount of locations - Low Inventory & Products

So pretty much these are my opinions on these 3 local electronic stores. I still go to all 3 stores weekly and still like all of them but these are the things that stick out for them.

One more thing I'd like to add for all stores is that their audio products always seem to be either not set up or set up incorrectly & sometimes not only the audio products. I wouldn't mind setting up every system in their store it would just look kinda weird.

You forgot to describe in detail how excellent Micro Center customer service really are. I mean they know virtually and physically every details of computers components, watts recommend, amperes, software and so much more!

When I went to Frys the sales person couldn't even tell a godamn difference between a GTX 560 ti and a regular GTX 560. Great video though. :)

@ulgk Yes I should've really said more about Microcenter I definitely will if I make a new video!!! Yep just tons of disappoints with Fry's staff, but still most of the prices are just pretty damn awesome! Thanks For The Comment!!

@iiH3R3T1C Well usually if the item is used there will be a sticker on the outside stating a reduced price which is very large and in orange color. So I don't think they'd mess up on that, but I'm not saying it wouldn't happen. I'm not so sure they test all their used items either so can;t say much about that. I have heard were some products were bought and had their internals changed out then returned. Mainly for Speakers or Computers & others. So it's pretty hard to say what could happen.

@iiH3R3T1C Well I have never bought anything online and had it shipped so I can't say much about that. The only thing I bought online was in store pick up, but numerous times when the site says the item is in stock at particularly stores they eventually Email or Call telling you it's out. In my opinion it's better to buy from them than a unknown online retailer, but I never buy anything online and have it shipped so I can't say much. So it's about average either way.
