i'm a personal trainer, muy thai fighter, and played college wrestling, ran track, and play soccer. I know a lot of guy that are real big and strong but slow, not agile, and wouldn't be ale to run a mile in under 6 mins, all the creatine and growth hormones and testosterone boosters not even mentioning steriods are really bad for you heart, who care if you big and strong, baliance is the key
