You may need to change the batterys in your remote or make sure your helicopter is fully charged, also make sure the anttena on your remote is extended all the way out.

hi, i have the same helicopter but it regularly rotating on the left side i press the right button but it doesn't work something wrong on remote ?

it helps to have the throttle down to start with and you do know you always turn the transmitter on first.

everytime i try to fly(takeoff) my rc co-axil heli it dosn't take off tidy it goes backwards then when i make it go forward it goes to the left and right then up then down then right in to sky and crash ive tryed loads of time to have a decent hover but i either add too much throttle or too less but the time i get it right it goes outa control its a pain i got not much outside room to fly and i need help and advice on this problem ASAP thanks,

where can i buy parts for these? i was flying it and when i did trothle up a bit i launched into the wall and broke a wing :'(

I also notice that your box says "Upgrade Edition". Mine that I just got only says t-speed 9009 in that corner, and no yellow sticker. Everything else seems identical. Mine is basically uncontrollable. it slides to the left on takeoff, and spins while it's hovering. You can trim it sort of, but then the first time you try to make it turn it will just start spinning again. I'm very unhappy with it, doesn't fly at all like the one you are showing here. That is how my little Syma s107 flies.
