  • @GERMANLOVER7000 thats in winter but if you surf then you have a thick wetsuit anyway to keep you warm

  • @Pagra101 holy merry....8 degrees...so why people travel in africa(safari or anything else)...cos, it,s important to swim into the ocean...but that cold...no way....

  • @GERMANLOVER7000 cold throughout the year, I think it gets down to about 8 degrees celsius at its coldest

  • @mavking125 sharks don't dislike coldwater... but they do like the availability of food in false bay ;) fish, seals etc

  • i was wondering if the water in cape town is that (cold) or quite warm...

  • whats up guys! im a bodyboarder for cape town and this beach rearly has sharks at it..i surf here about evary 2 weel ends this whater is realy cold so the sharks dont like it here.. as mavking125 siad its more muizenberg that has the sharks.. like there has been 4 shark spottings in the past 2 days.

  • @mavking125. Thanks 4 clarifying a common misconception of sharks lurking in all cape town waters

  • @brettcadet not there really, the water is too cold. muizenberg is infected

  • isn't that shark infested waters?
