First of all this kids protecting they country, land, village.

Secondary you can call any movie even Independence Day propaganda movie. :)

And at last it's about friendship, traitors and to be a hero, for 6-9 years old kids.

I don't know if it make any difference right know.

Yep, Soviet Propaganda is really pathetic. This is actually based on a children's writer Arkadiy Gaidar. This kids story was read to kids a lot.
