Advance Wars 2 Hacking - CO Independent COP Music

Quite simply, all this hack does is allow you to set which music plays for a CO's CO Power independently rather than the old "Black Hole gets a theme, everyone else gets a theme." with the advantage that you can set it to any tune in the game.

To just showcase this, I've done the following for this video:
Nell's COP = Orange Star Theme
Olaf's COP = Blue Moon Theme
Jess' COP = Green Earth Theme
Sonja's COP = Yellow Comet Theme

I can really only see Green Earth's theme working as a possible Power theme, in all honesty, and even then it doesn't sound as POWER UP as a CO Power theme should.

But as a proof-of-concept this is pretty cool.

Pretty much. Only GE has the amount of "Epic" that is really required for it to work properly. :/

Any music that is in Midi format can potentially be used - that being said the instruments are limited to those already in the game.
