Bought the movie on DVD never watched it. Came across a scene on cable & fell in love with this song.

Best soundtrack ever

At 0:49, anyone else notice the foreshadowing? Just as MA's carriage passes in front of Versailles, a crow flies overhead! Symbol of death!

This is one fabulous and beautiful music and it couldn't be more appropriate for the scene.
The Radio Dept. are frequently described as a Dream Pop band. Well, this song in particular and this scene are a whole symbol of that dreamy sound, one that grows on you, that makes you believe that everything is possible.
This scene marks the beginning of Marie Antoinette's dream, because that was what Versailles was supposed to be: a never ending dream. I adore the movie and the soundtrack!
