This was debunked on National geographic "Is it real?" the figure moves in a circular pattern appears to be illuminated and partially transparent. This was duplicated almost exactly by swinging a small 3" figurine on a string in the foreground. If the figurine is reflected on a piece of glass in front of the camera it appears transparent because on the reflection the shaded parts of the figurine don't show up because the objects behind the glass are brighter. It's not a parking lot. It's a scrap yard. The spare the ghost is circling used to hold a car of a young woman who died in a car crash not too long before this video was taken. Most of all, the ghost looks like her. Her style of clothes. Her hair... She was looking for her car, probably figuring out it was a scrap yard and needed proof she was dead. If anything, she's confused that her car isn't there...
