This is where the American system fails! Time out? Not every child responds to time out. They need to have Corporal Punishment in schools but regulated. Alot of these kids feel they can say anything, do anything to anyone because the laws are their to protect them. Now you see in my country in the Caribbean, our disciplinary actions are different from the US and I would think twice before even answering bck my parents or teachers because I know what is to come..Young people, Respect your elders
