it's because MDE is copy of Kevin. Kevin can't be exported to USA because there is different regulates for imported guns and guns made in USA. Kevin is too small to be imported. So Magnum sold copy of Kevin as their New, Great, Unique designed, in USA with proud made pocket gun. I heard that it's made from parts of Kevin imported from CZ.
