  • thank you i found some nice stuff about 3 years ago on craigslist now its all junk and they want way too much for items now.

  • @brollicon -yep craigslist is like 285 at 5:30 now, it takes a minute to find the jewels but they are there!

  • Hey Glendon, great videos. I watch your videos with my niece. She's very business minded and learns alot from the videos. Today is her birthday and I would love if you can give her a shoutout. Her name is Elisa. Thx G and keep th videos comin'.

  • @Nats0821 - thanks for watching and sure thing!

  • Many times, I have made stupid cheap offers and when turned down will leave my phone number... 85% of the time I will get a call to come get the item.

  • @stetsonwalker - as I outlined in my book, things often do not sell as fast as people think on Craigslist!

  • Question: What about selling liquidation items? Like from some of the liquidation sites? Any good?

  • GOOD INFO MAN! A++++

  • To me, the best investment, and cheapest is my time. I clean out rentals, apartments, homes, basements, attics, for a paycheck and dispose of the stuff for the owners. I dispose of it on Ebay, Amazon and Craigslist. Did one yesterday, the 3 healthy, able bodied men, were arguing over who was going to have to pay to get rid of the rest of what didn't sell. I was there boxing until after 2 am, now, home, going to start unloading and sorting. Cost to me: nothing but my time.

  • Took me 3 months before I found a good jewel in the antiques section of my local Craigslist. Last I looked some guy was a selling an underwood typewriter, no picture, $800 asking price. oh please! that amongst all the stuff that's antique only in the sellers mind.

  • @brollicon - you got to sift through the crap, it is there but man it is an exercise.

  • @tengher187 -dude I am a clown it is what I do!

  • @feliciajuly - I have never seen it this bad, I have used CL as my first shopping option since 2003! It is definitely worth spending a few hours to research the list, there is a lot of gold on CL but you got to dig through some serious piles of dirt to find it, thank you for the feedback.

  • five finger slap to the face twice....lol
