If we had Term Limits for our Congressmen do you think anyone would want Trent Lott as a lobbyist? Come to think of it with Term Limits would we have so many Lobbyists in DC anyway? Nothing will ever change until we get Term Limits. And as far as "pork" isn't that part of the problem? Future generations can't afford "pork" spending anymore. Maybe your expectation should be for a honest well meaning Congressman who cares about his District and his country before himself!

YOU ARE SO RIGHT! The system is broken. I live in this Senator's state and we don't see all this "pork" money he supposedly brings home. This retirement has RED FLAG written all over it! The question becomes: Who will take his place?
