@rmarkisaac nope sorry, I ended up building a waste oil heater and am now heating my house that way, its WAY cheaper [if you have a source of free oil], but you have to be comfortable around burning oil :)

Did you get any help? My Rheem Criterion has been doing this for 10 years whenever the temp drops below @ 30. Practically have contractors living in our attic, hard wired to our credit-card account attempting to fix.
