What a wimp! That little gator is so little, it's less dangerous than a medium sized dog. What a lovely reptile! It's sad that people catch them and keep them as pets in the first place, but then those Floridans insist on killing every wild one they see because they are scared of them. I don't know what the solution is. People suck.

Awwww I feel sorry for the guy. They were so cute, they're not much bigger than my bearded dragon! And he eats crickets too. I'm sure the dude was going to give them to a zoo or something when they got propper big, scary alligator size.

well spoken and said, people put almost ZERO thought into owning a pet of this nature. Its small and cute now at the current moment, but years down the line, it will become something that cannot be controlled, like that fact that it can exceed over 16ft and could eat you without a seconds thought. It angers me that people dont consider the animals life, or they have to give it up to a zoo, or if it hurts you, they govt can put it down. Logical thinking can save a life and even your own
