Works Sited:
Adams, Douglas (2002). The Salmon of Doubt. The Random House Publishing Goup.

Image Source: Google Image search, (c) there individual creators.

A fun witty short story. It took several takes, and isn't one vocal take, but edited many takes together.

Let me know if you like it or not.

Thanks.

  • any1 tell you you spelled doubt wrong at 0:08

  • I hate you some times.

  • Maybe the terminology has become too widely used, but regarding someones personal work and effort as "crap" on a computer may have been a slip of the tongue, it will offend people who make such work their livelihood. Nice reading though and I am certain you had no ill intentions, if you did you would not be reading it.

  • Crap was just saying of the things that had never been polished enough to be published, and frankly, I wish I had a better term for it...

Crap just seemed appropriate (see George Carlin's Classic Stuff Sketch)

No ill intentions, some of the odd ramblings are my favorite writings of Adams, more that, its all satirical...Its hard to take anything like that serious, even when he re-wrote the same story many times, for each version...

Such a shame he died so early in life

  • well you're certainly no Simon Jones

  • Amateurish attempt I'm sure,

but that would be, because I'm an amateur, and it was just an experiment for fun

you hate me cuz im right (H)

  • Next time you see a job offer for that, let me know, I'll be happy to audition for that.

  • Nice voice. You could do children readings for a living!

  • To what part.

    1) its a stream of concousness bit, playing off of the style of a childrens story.

    2) I decided to do a spoken word bit.

    3) its awsome.

  • lulwut?
