The third bone-chilling hit! With the wind chill it felt like little knives in your face!

By far, chains on tires were the only way to get around.

Just think, in a month or two I'll be able to where my Hawaiian shirts again!!

Actually, some islanders secretly where them under their Parkas!

I filmed this 16:9 with my HD camera, but the aspect reflected here seems a little off.

  • looks like it was a lonely few days... i used to live on saltspring in the late 70,s early 80,s never seen that much snow....

  • @vVJesseVv Now that is cold, Brrrrrrrrr!

  • Alberta the winters can be about -45 degrees Celcius for a low.

  • One of the worst winters for snow in a long time. The low temps. that winter dropped down to approx. -6.5 C. (20 F.) in Ganges

  • That looks like one of our Ontario winters.

  • isn't that the truth. As long as it doesn't get too hot and we are on fire again. Not cool. anyway take care

    jd

  • Right on! What a nasty winter is was, but this Great Summer sure makes up for it.

  • Hey Joe! Theres my flatdeck at 3:55 !! I remember this!
