Google OS and Chrome Books Thoughts

I think the Google Chrome OS has a very good start and will make it far. The average person today just want a computer to WORK. With Google Chrome OS you get that and so much more such as fast boot times, no need to backup and simple and best of all free upgrades. This is great for those on the go as well. If your laptop was to be stolen or lost in an airport or somewhere like that all data is backup and some are rumored to have GPS chips in them to track them and maybe even remote wipe them! @rob92376 Windows Update can be very buggy at time, they fixed some of the problems in Windows 7 but not all of them

@gh44gh44 Well, Ubuntu has failed to be an end-user OS. It is a good toy for developers and hackers...God, this OS will never have a stable release...yea yea we know all that 'Synaptic Manager' scum...until it messes up with your .dlls, try changing the perl version on Ubuntu, and see if it lets you log-in....

hey good video ! i thought the chrome book seemed like a waste of money, but u showed a upside that i didnt see. I wont buy one yet, but your right this will push others to make cloud the future of storing info.

Apart Crome backing up(if you use google docs it dosnt matter) the google chrome book is useless. Windows is simpler, better, and more practical.
