Phidippus Clarus if I remember right.

Love jumpers!
Regarding the relics, they all appear to be Civil War era~everyday items that soldiers wore &/or used. Neat finds there…hope you've had the value of these items assessed to sell, or at least donated them to a museum.

Nice relic photos and plump spider ^^

Love the spider, its big for a jumping spider, nice to be able to see them this size. And definitely intellegent as far as inverts go.
those relics are weird. I would imagine they were bullets, the bit flat thing looked like the plate from around a keyhole to me? But Im not expert!

No you would only feel the poke of her fangs but no venomous reaction any more than a mosquito sting. Jumpers dont bite as you can see and they have high intelligence in spiders. I will be posting a new vid of a phiddipus audax that I am keeping.

I used to keep a large number of Plexipus paykuli and learned a great deal about them and what they could take down in prey

She's quite the gorgeous one! The pattern is pretty! She's not as furry as mine is though. And I wish i was as brave as you! As much as I love my spider I'm still too nervous to put her on my finger :]

The do not bite you!
you really have to mash one to get them to bite.
They really get used to being held quickly and they become very curious about you and will look at you and other people around them
