Cancer survivor Dennis Acton asks Kelly Ayotte if she plans to change her position on medical marijuana now that she's running for Senate, Ayotte says that she thinks more studies on marijuana are necessary but she opposes rescheduling marijuana, the one step that the federal government needs to take if more clinical studies of marijuana are to take place. Unfortunately, Ayotte doesn't seem to understand the inherent contradiction in her position.

Medical marijuana has been studied for over thirty years. Rescheduling it would make it prescribable by physicians - which evidently she's against.
