so you are a killer??? sir yes sir!!!!!

I remember seeing your first video, when you had that big fat gut, and couldn't even do one of those. Now you're juggling and everything. A 70 pound kettlebell ain't no joke. Extremely impressive, dude.

Making that 32kg look pretty easy! Excellent example of one of the best aspects of kettlebells is you can use them literally anywhere (eg. side of parking lot in the grass) nice!

That is unbelievable!!! Great work, switching arms that way is not for the weak or timid. I do TGU's everyday and I love it.
-
Great trainin, thanx.

@hdjcnfdj69 true - IT ALSO DEPENDS ON THE MATERIAL OF THE BELL - RUBBER ONES ARE USUALLY LARGER, WHILE CAST IRON ONES ARE USUALLY THE LARGEST DUE TO SUBSTANCE DENSITY. Oh fuck caps lock!

Very impressive! Ive just started kettlebell, and your vids are encouraging

Why do all kettlebell lifters block me ?!? :D
Not this guy , he is good !
-
impressive strenth man, you lost alot of weight with kettebells didnt you?

The bell he is using looks a lot like my CAP brand 70's. I believe they're 70's, and he is definitely pretty strong to be doing 10 TGU's that easily with them! I'm still playing around with my 50's, the 70's are just sitting in the corner waiting on me. I'm in school right now. When I get out in a few months I plan to tackle them!
Great vids bud! How much weight have you lost and how long did it take? Something I should look into.

@enon1960 Total loss was about 55 LBs. Took me about 4 months if I remember correctly, may be little bit more. It's not a linear thing, though. You will lose more in the beginning and then it slows down. That's how it was in my case at list.

The idea of this video was to share particular achievement of this individual, not to impress somebody.
So, yes, it is a 32 kg kettlebell.
Its not common in this community to misinform about the weight of the device.
Different brands have different sizes.
