  • Thanks for posting! One of the most beautiful songs ever. Paul Desmond on his best.

This album is one of the most underrated ones in history of music.

  • A few years ago I turned on the radio and apparently came in at the start of the Desmond solo in this song and I thought it was one of his greatest ever. When the song was done, the DJ said "That was so beautiful it almost made me cry" and then he said the name of the song and I realized that I had on my 'Bravo Brubeck' LP. Wonderful.

  • PUREZA DE SONIDO LA DE DESMOND, QUE EN PAZ DESCANSE. SONIDO UNICO EL QUE LE EXTRAJO AL SAXO

  • ..... schitterend .....

  • This is beautifully expressive of sweet sadness. My only reservation is Brubeck's straying into dissonance in the last chorus of his solo (and of the song). I think it's typical Brubeck over-intellectuality and pointless in the context. Otherwise this is very moving.

  • Essa musica é maravilhosa!

  • @Mrtriumphchopper I think your soul could use some help you evil son-of-a-bitch.

  • My parents had this album back in the sixties and this song is one of my "sacred songs" of all times. Wish there was video of the concert...
