@Rah142 I believe the ones used on the show are the almost identical to the real ones used by Ncis agents. Iv'e only seen one real pair of Ncis credentials, and that was at a Law Enforcement convention in Virginia. I met a lot of Feds there, and one happened to be an Ncis agent, and he showed me his credentials. Ncis credentials are one of the most complex ids iv'e ever seen. They have a special hologram under the image, nearly impossible to make an exact copy. Hope this helps.

@thepackripper89 Ok, thank you for the clarification. I was assuming that he had fake paper ones like I had. Quick question though, is that an actual NCIS I.D. or is it just one they use for the show. I would assume its one just for the show but I was just curious.

@Rah142 Sorry to barge into this conversation, but as a Police Captain for the Phoenix Arizona Police Department you are technically wrong. He never said that he had a paper ID and a plastic badge. If he has a metal badge and pvc ID card and even if hes not impersonating an agent, he would still be arrested for possession of Federal Credentials, which airpaintpellet is correct. Be aware not all federal agents have a photo on their id's. For example, a temporary Special Agent.

@airpaintpellet Well technically what you would get caught for is impersonation of an officer. To be honest unless he goes around saying NCIS put your hands in the air or walks up to airport security and shows it to them he really wont get in trouble. It's more of a joke badge, let alone a joke wallet, or he might just be wanting one for show. Either way I would not be too concerned about cops arresting you for having a paper I.D. a plastic bag and a duct tape wallet.

@jacobe98 If you have a replica NCIS badge, and id card, its a class D Felony. There's no exemption for Federal Badges and Id's under the US badge law. Get rid of them. Don't hide them. You can hand them in to you're local PD and explain you didn't know. They won't charge you because you surrendered them. Trying to get you out of a 4 year plus sentence.

@roby020604 Unfortunately no, I looked. This wallet is based of of tv epsiodes and the id was based off of Gibbs. The website I cant find atm but it took forever to find.
