Harmless Observation: Words can be tricky so let's try to make some inroads toward clearer communication.
The word "Specific" as an adjective speaks to individuality,
"Yo! Look over there. I'd like to slap that ass!"
"Well that is my mother, my father, my sister and our priest you're looking at so could you be more specific? And I'm praying you're talking about the priest."
While "Pacific" as an adjective means calm
"Yo! Look over there. I'd like to slap that ass!"
"We are in the middle of the church altar call so could you be more... pacific."
And as a noun The Pacific is an ocean:
"Yo! Look over there. I'd like to slap that ass!"
"It's an ocean! It doesn't have an ass! But I'm glad to see that you and the priest are getting along."
So when you say "Aye yo I'd like to speak to you Pacifically." I don't know if you want to speak to me alone, speak to me quietly or take me on a cruise... but after recent developments it all makes me uncomfortable.
Moving on.
There is no "C" or "K" in the word Strawberry, or shrimp or street. So when you want to buy "Skrawberries and skrimps on Peachtree skreet" you are trying to do an impossible thing... except in Decatur, College Park, and south side Richmond where they do actually sell the allusive skrawberries and skrimps... on certain skreets.
