My argument is that while MSNBC may lean left, they use facts and reason to support their opinions or views. Fox on the other hand uses ridiculous logic, opinions, and lies, presents it as fact or truth, and hides behind one of the most misleading slogans of all time, "Fair & Balanced".

Yes, MSNBC is left-leaning. But is Fox 'fair and balanced?' I don't mind if you're a Republican and disagree with MSNBC programming, but could you extrapolate on the specific examples of the 'lies'.
